What is covered
All parts defective in material and workmanship. Please note that the warranty for water purifiers is dependent on using decent city water not well water or non-potable water.

Two years from the purchase date for Jupiter Science.
What our suppliers will do
Repair or replace any defective parts.
Freight charges
The only thing the customer pays is shipping to and from the return depot.

We do not include a warranty card, to save you the trouble of filling and returning it. Instead, every customer's details are entered into our database, and the warranty begins automatically (from date of purchase).

excepting the motor. Motor warranty is 3 years from purchase date.

The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer's and retailer's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer or retailer be liable for special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification as determined solely by GreaterBlue. This warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced or the unit has been disassembled.
