Our current special offer of free shipping is for domestic destinations only. This means that if you buy from our USA supplier, it is free within the USA, but not to Australia or anywhere else international. The same applies for our Australian supplier.

International

Insurance

Technically, no, the items are not insured. However anything damaged in transit is fault of the courier company and is covered by the courier company, and our experience is that they have been correct in their actions.  The articles MUST be signed for, and we have receipt of dispatch.  This covers accidental loss (which has never happened to us), and any other possible issues are covered under warranty. - back to top

United States

Within the US and Canada, we ship from our US Supplier and use UPS Courier Service. If it is not a po box address then we ship via USPS.

We usually post within 1 business day, and shipping can take up to 10 working days but is usually far shorter (delivery time varies with the post office workload and locations involve).

Australia

Within Australia, we use Australia Post Courier Service plus courier services where necessary for better delivery.

We usually post within 1 business day, and shipping can take up to 10 working days but is usually far shorter (delivery time varies with the post office workload and locations involve).

International

Returns

14-Day No Worries Guarantee: Conditions

Return within guarantee period

When returning, please make sure the package is postmarked by the final day of your guarantee period and that you have followed the required procedures for a refund. Your guarantee begins on the date of your delivery confirmation.

Return items in saleable condition

In order to receive a full refund on returns, you must return the goods in saleable condition - clean and undamaged with warranty card, owner's manual if supplied and in original packaging. GreaterBlue is the arbiter of 'saleable condition'.

Freight charges

Freight charges for all returned products plus freight charges for exchange items, are to be paid by the customer.

When returning products, insurance and/or delivery confirmation is recommended but not required. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of returned items.
