Are your Ugg boots genuinely Australian?
Yes, all of our products are made in Melbourne, Australia. Our manufacturer only produces their products using 100% genuine A-grade Australian sheepskin.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please use the following tables to select your foot size. All of our footwear is manufactured to the "Australian" Standard Sizes. The following charts indicates the equivalent in USA, European and Japanese Standard Sizes. When you first try on your sheepskin footwear they may feel a little tight - snug but not overly tight. The thick dense pile in our sheepskin inners starts to gradually mould to the shape of your feet in the first few days of wear, providing a comfortable shape unique to the outline of your feet.

If you are a half size, you should generally go to the next size up.
What are the shipping costs?
Within Australia, shipping is $15.00
For all other countries, please with your postcode for a quote!
International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by GreaterBlue.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Australian orders: approx 1-3 business days for delivery
International orders: approx 5-10 business days for delivery.
How do I take care of / wash my uggs?
Hand wash in warm water using an approved wool detergent. Rinse thoroughly and gently shake article or use a towel to remove excess water. Dry in shade away from direct sunlight. Do not use direct heat.
Exchanges And Returns
We can exchange your purchase for free only if the product is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship). Your boots must be in the same condition as how you received them, and unworn.
Please note that because sheepskin and leather are natural products, small marks cannot be considered a manufacturing fault. Don't worry though, such marks will not affect the performance of the footwear.
If you'd like to to return the product for any other reason, it can be done anytime, it's just subject to a 20% administration fee.
Please note that additional delivery charges may apply in all exchange/refund circumstances. But we're confident you'll love your boots :)
